The staff was great but they are under construction. We weren't told this when we made the reservation. The toilet ran all night and the heat didn't work well. They moved us to another room and the hot water didn't work in the sink. For 160plus a night I expected way better. I wouldn't stay until construction was finished. I only gave it 2 stars because the staff tried to make us comfortable and the breakfast was great.

Everybody from the Gen Mngr, Ms. Denise to the entire staff were exceptional!
The hotel was well ran, clean, and pet friendly!
Thankyou Terrance (T) for being so nice and helpful!!
Bling Bling and I enjoyed our stay !
