I was put in a situation where I needed to quickly switch agents, so I called around to get quotes, but then decided to find a Dave Ramsey approved agent because thats what I had previously had and was satisfied. Scott Jessup reached out to me a couple of different ways - which was helpful because I work from home and stay pretty busy. He sent me a link to input all of my info while he did everything else to gather quotes. We had a convenient virtual meeting during my workday to go over possibilities. Once I decided, he sent me a form to e-sign. He made the process so quick and easy for me when I thought it was going to be very stressful. I appreciated his efficiency and respect for my time.
