I've been working with Jamie and the team at RWA for over two years. I have a couple of properties that are managed by RWA's property management firm, Zuluscape. One of those properties I acquired 2.5 years ago. I recently acquired the other property because of the level of trust and confidence I have in RWA. I have found the teams at RWA and Zuluscape very professional and easy to work with. Jamie and Scott are quite helpful in identifying a property, while the folks at Zuluscape provide solid property management. I feel that my properties are in good hands while providing a clean and safe living experience for my tenants.

I never get anyone that returns phone calls or answers calls. Not once in nearly a year. The CFO is great though. She is very caring and definitely cares about tenants.

I worked with Barry Hines on selling an occupied rental house. Barry was incredible with navigating a very challenging situation. He was great with communicating regularly and doing all the leg work to get contractors in, good estimates for good work, and got us to closing very quickly. I was really impressed and highly recommend him!

I had an emergency drain issue at the house I rent. After almost a day of waiting, it took me emailing everyone in the office to get things moving. However, once Joan was in the loop, she made things happen. She got things fixed quickly and she compensated me for the inconvenience. She has also taken care of another situation to my benefit. -CC
