My partner and I recently moved into the Chestnut model at Dupont Meadows after living on the coasts in NYC and LA for the past 20+ years. Having lived in luxury buildings in the cities, we were so excited about the concept and the home models that were offered here. The construction team should be very proud of themselves. The homes are well built and no corners have been cut. Alissa has been a DREAM to work with throughout our pre-lease, leasing and move-in process. In a world where great customer service and taking care of the customer is often overlooked, that has not been the case here. Every step of the way, we've felt provided for and looked after. We look forward to our time in the home and in the midwest and want to shout out Donna and Lindsay in the office and management as well. These homes at these prices will not last long. We searched the area exhaustively and lived in a new construction apartment building downtown Fort Wayne in our first few months in the midwest and can not speak highly enough of Dupont Meadows.

It surprises me that they dont have a 10 star rating. Yes, I know its based on 5 stars, but when you tour the community- not just four walls and a roof, but the community that they have built, youll see that they are so far ahead of what the industry is offering, youll see why they deserve 10 stars. Setting aside the single unit housing. The properly built structures, these arent kit builds that may have worked great in Texas, but doesnt translate to Indiana. The quality fixtures and wooden blinds!! Wooden blinds dont snap if you look at them. I could go in and on about the things that youd clearly see on a tour. The things that the contractors built. Its the stuff that Lindsay, Alissa, and Donna are doing that truly makes this a community. I have described it as Mayberry 10.0.when was the last time youve walked down the street, gave a friendly nod and said, Hi, Neighbor! I did that! I howdy-dod aa lady. And she did it back! Now that is how I want to live. And if you do too, tell them Jack sent you. No, seriously, I think there is a referral program or something.
