Emerald Square Apartments & Villas

I've been here for about two months and all of the office staff have been incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Michael and Scarlett. I did request maintenance for my dishwasher about two weeks after moving in, but maintenance staff was out within the hour and fixed it quickly. I've been very happy so far

This is Lorrann Oliver-Parkview apartments is a joke. I lived at Parkview for a year until they raised my rent from $740 to $1170. Can you believe that. The washer constantly over flooded on the floor. Electricity blinking off and on when I did laundry. It was a nightmare. And to top that off I was given money from Covid rent relief. They took their two months of rent I had 2 months rent left and I am still waiting on that refund. Its been almost 2 months! Every time I call and ask about no one has any answers for me. There was a civil suit filed against them for Mis-appropriation of funds. They are slum As it gets!

Just came from Phoenix; was actually able to work w office to procure lease before even arriving here. Office staff is friendly and helpful (have directed me to a few shopping adventures even) and have taken care of few minor maintenance concerns. Common areas and parking lots are kept clean and nice looking, apartment itself is remodeled and wonderful (clean, spacious, many closets, new everything). Neighbors are fantastic (barring one trashy family we all seem to be picking up after) and friendly. Even planted a bunch of flowers (perennials, as I plan on staying)! Very fair price and very happy to call this home.

INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES!!!! Literally roaches falling from the vents! They put it in your lease that YOU are responsible for cockroaches because they know how bad it is! Itll be months before you see them but believe they will come out in the heat! Ive had to throw my furniture away once I moved because Im not risking it
