        Where to begin . . . I will NEVER stay there again. I had to wait in the lobby, with all of my stuff, until my Sister, who actually booked the room, arrived due to a oversite. Oops. Just what I Love after traveling. I Hate their "Barn Door" bathroom/closet thing; but Everyone is apparently doing it. No Microwave in my room. . . . No Microwave in my room. They have a "Community" Microwave. If I wanted a "Community" Anything I'd stay at an Airb&b! The ice bucket is neither lidded nor insulated. We had to make SEVERAL trips a day to the ice machine, which they have 2 per the entire Hotel, Hopefully you're on the right floor. I expected More and got Far, Far Less.

        Clean hotel rooms in a great location. Recently stayed here for a week while on business and it was a pleasure. Can not say enough about all the staff. They all deserve 10 stars.
