Heater sounds like a demon , fire alarm goes off randomly, lock doesnt work right, rooms smell like smoke, etc Edit: Just found bed bugs. I am leaving. I dont care if I get my money back. Dont stay here. Keep your money.

Kristen Sailor by far most helpful and accommodating employee here! Had a small issue with the heat in one room, she had us moved helped us move and got us into a nicer more comfortable and private room for our hassle, shes always on it when weve needed anything and shes the sweetest! Professional kind and HONEST I would trust her with any future trips I take!

I got to the service desk and had to stand there for like two minutes until the two desk people chose to ask what I needed. I checked in and go to the room and there was dust everywhere towels were badly stained. The bed had stains everywhere with hair. There was a very harsh smell of cigarettes even tho the room states smoke free. It is very sketchy and some of the people staying as well. Noteworthy details: Not recommended

My dad gave me a gift card that I booked a room with online. I'm leaving a terrible situation and when i arrive they want to charge me another 100 deposit that I don't have! They didn't care that I was already going through a tough time. Would not refund my money or let me stay. Very rude very cruel people.
