My home was in a difficult sales time period plus I had unusual landscaping; Dave got it sold and handled the various questions and problems as they arose in what the buyer wanted or did not want as far as existing landscaping, and also handled all the questions and issues that arose on my part, with such kindness and expertise that goes beyond what could be expected or even dreamed of in an agent! Pam is outstanding herself in the aspects she lent to the sale of my home, advising in staging and other practical, needful points. They devote themselves to your real estate needs and get the job done with tact and diplomacy--and are absolutely wonderful, loving, and delightful people who are professionals but also as friends. Dave & Pam McDaniels real estate team did a marvelous job of helping us find a home that fit our needs and budget! We are happy with our new home and look forward to listing our previous home with them soon. Dave was particularly skilled and knowledgeable in pointing out and stearing us away from purchasing a property with any serious structural, electrical, plumbing, and other property issues that could cause us problems in the future.
