My husband and I were fortunate enough to work with Katie Brown twice; moving to and moving from Fort Wayne. Katies knowledge of the Fort Wayne market is unsurpassed. Even when we were getting cold feet about our asking price, Katie was confident that we were priced right and that we would get an offer soon, and we did. She sold our Fort Wayne home within 40 days of marketing it for sale. She set us up with a stager; someone to guide us through which items should stay or disappear during showings, and a photographer, whose pictures of the house and property made the place look even nicer! That small attention to detail is why Katie rises to the top. Shell go above and beyond to get you exactly what youre looking for and at the price youre comfortable with.
