Ive always had a good experience with John Fowlers Sewer and Drain, their techs are very friendly and up front. My new shower and tub look great. They were able to complete the job in a single day and cleaned up upon completion. My only complaint is they left about and inch or two open drywall above the shower panel when they had to cut into the wall, so now Ill have to find a way to cover it. Other than, excellent work. Good quality they make service calls really late. The guy that came over is really awesome and he does great work. They offer a military discount. I would give them five stars if the price wasn't so high but I am happy with the service.

Had a quote done on installing a outside water spigot, people that came were very friendly and nice, no complaints. Then I saw the quote...they wanted nearly $800 to install something that takes less than a hour and maybe at most $100 in parts. They quoted over $400 for just the sillcock, like literally a $40 at most part. It took every part of me not to burst out laughing when they told me the price. Do they think people are just stupid, or trying to take advantage of people? I wanted to hire someone and was willing to spend a little extra to save myself the time, needless to say I will be doing the project myself.
