Beautiful apartments right in the middle of Fletcher Place Neighborhood! The area is incredibly walkable to multiple coffee shops, parks, bakeries, breweries, and great restaurants (with just a short walk over the highway to downtown Fountain Square with even more!) I love living in this area and the experience at 520 Virginia Apartments has been great. Beautiful high ceilings, huge windows with natural light, spacious, updated kitchens, and overall great amenities! Maintenance is VERY responsive and quick! I haven't experienced any negatives and have been here almost a year.

I have been living at Five Twenty Virginia Apartments for six months and have had a great experience so far! Five Twenty feels like home and I hope to stay here as long as I can!
Before I moved into my unit, the leasing agent I worked with, Asia, was very helpful in answering all my questions about the unit and Core Redevelopment in general. She was patient with me as I toured multiple units. She excels at her job and made the moving process so easy! The Core Redevelopment staff is also very communicative about any issues or updates with regular maintenance, and tries to foster a sense of community with events around the holidays.
I really feel as though I have settled into my unit since moving in. The units are gorgeous, with large, loft-style windows, updated appliances and granite countertops, and unique decorative concrete flooring. The units are clean and well-maintained, and I have only had one maintenance request since living here that was handled within the day. The location simply can't be beat - Fountain Square is a ten minute walk away, bars and restaurants such as Milktooth, Aroma, and Tappers are steps from your door, and the building is right next to the Indianapolis Cultural and IndyGo Red Line bus stop. Residents also receive one free parking space, which is a premium in downtown Indianapolis.
No apartment is ever perfect, and there are a few minor drawbacks. The walls in my unit are not very thick, and I have heard my neighbors at times. The building also uses coin laundry, and in my opinion could benefit from a few more washers and dryers. However, my neighbors are quiet and respectful, and I have only experienced one time where I needed to do laundry and all machines were in use. I can live with these small issues to live in a beautiful building in a great location.
I highly recommend Five Twenty Virginia and Core Redevelopment to anyone searching for a new home!

Best location in Indy for access to Fletcher Place, Fountain Square, and downtown. Gorgeous high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows in every room. Vintage & historic feel with modern appliances. Loved living here!
