I had a follow up mammogram here, and from start to finish, everyone was just so incredible. One of the patient coordinators, Ashley, was so kind to me, even calling me by my preferred Jenna instead of Jennifer. I was so worried about what was wrong with me, and she found a way to get me in before my vacation. If I had to be waiting and wondering for the next week, I would have not enjoyed my trip nearly as much. And then at check-in, Selena went through so many hoops to make sure my insurance covered my mammogram. She very easily could have just said, Listen, I tried, its not going through, but instead she contacted her supervisor, called my insurance directly- she was wracking her brain to figure this out. I think it took about 35 minutes of work, and she finally got it through. Because of her persistence, I was able to get my mammogram. Finally, the tech that worked with me, Sheri, was a true angel. She was so warm, calm, gentle, and somehow relaxed me during this scary appointment! I even said wow, you should be a yoga instructor! and it turns out she is!!! The best news of all is that I was all clear, but when I saw that there was only one other review and it wasnt positive, I just had to take a minute to say that this experience was so positive for me. Thanks to all of you angels! In addition, everything was clean and nice. That makes a difference too.

They seem totally incompetent. My wife was scheduled for follow up imaging but them. They proceed to lose the paperwork and leave her waiting for about an hour.
