HORRIBLE SERVICE went in for brake flush and they gave me my car without any brake fluid.
Called them back and they just put an excuse that I had a major leak which isn't true.

New manager is great. Only problem is they did not rotate tires the last few oil changes as included causing my front tires to wear down faster than the back tires now requiring me to buy new front tires.

I know this is a long a long review, but I want people to know how good this place is so please read it. If you're ever in a real tough spot with your car, then this is the shop you take it to. My starter broke down RIGHT before I was trying to leave the state to head back home. I was already financially challenged so I couldn't really afford to put anymore money into my car, especially since I was staying in a hotel. I brought my car to Meineke, told the customer service representative my situation, and they hooked! Me! Up! The guy at the counter was very considerate! Even though my car was a nightmare for them to work on, they gave me the best discounts they could so I could afford to get it fixed! When they weren't able to get it done within the same day, they gave me a lyft to my hotel AND back to the shop to pick up my car! They worked hard on it for HOURS, even way past the stores closing time! Again, if you're ever in a tough situation with your car, then take it here and they will take care of you.

Great staff. They did my alignment and they did a visual inspection on my other vehicle for free. Will be taking all my vehicles there
