I've had the absolute pleasure of dealing with John at the Castleton location for many years. He has the most amazing guest experience. He always puts the needs of their guest first and I would recommend this location a hundred times over. John, thanks again for being awesome!!! You really deserve it!!!

William and Mary were very helpful. William rang me up and was very personable. I was having a rough sort of morning and William lifted me up with his kindness and referenced a brief scripture. He definitely knew how to read the room and knew his audience (me) because it was exactly what I needed to hear on top of receiving good quick service. His faith spoke in the way he was able to do his job along with administering customer service par none. Ill be recommending this location next time a uhaul is needed for our pick up run.

Perfect experience. We did not have a reservation. Popped in for a truck pick up on a beautiful Sunday morning and was thankful they has options. The paperwork took ten minutes and the truck was ready to go. We were on the rode in about 11 minutes. The return took about 4 minutes and they quickly emailed me a receipt. No sneaky or unexpected upcharges. Highly recommend.

I was charged 20 dollars more for an EXTRA day when I returned the truck and trailer one day EARLY. The receipt is dated wrong. I return the truck and trailer on March 5th. I also was charged 148 dollars for dropping it off at "wrong location" even though I took it to the location on the contract to drop off but the gentleman said he didn't take trailers and hadn't done so for a year. He recommended this place to drop it off as it was not very far. I've been scammed.
