      image Went through drive thru, I was in a bit of hurry, luckily I checked my bag to see if they earned their $20 an hr,no straw,kinda hard to drink a frappe without a straw,have you ever tipped a shake or frappe up to drink and received the whole thing on your face? What really got me,the person in charge got snarky with me after I told him straws are needed when a drink is ordered, didn't even say sorry for having to get out of my car and go in to get a straw that should have been in my food bag,, I've avoided MacDonald business since they replaced counter workers with kiosks,guess I'll just skip drive thru now,,,,lots of money for all the mistakes
