The staff at this hotel was EXCEPTIONAL!! They were down right doting on us our entire stay. We asked for a lake view room, we got it. We asked to change rooms when there were noisy kids above our original room, we got it. The breakfast was hot delicious and satisfying. Thank you for making our stay so nice. We will be back next year!!

I was having a medical procedure so we checked out extra early. Gentleman at desk had quick breakfast items for my husband. So thoughtful!

All the staff is very friendly and nice to their customers!!
Rooms: Rooms are very clean and comfortable to stay in
Safety: They are good to their customers and wont let anyone know which room you are in unless you tell them know that its ok
Walkability: Nice
Food & drinks: Good
Noteworthy details: Very polite

If I could give -500000000 it wouldn't be low enough
FYI: according to the night manager and his rude assistant this location only accepts major name credit cards or Bank of America, US Bank, & Chase bank. No cash, no cashapp, no chime, venmo, PayPal, bank2go, Credit union, or any other debit cards not to the banks I listed.
Ms Attitude at the computer needs lessons in professional behavior, it doesn't include huffing and puffing when someone says hello, crossing your arms across your chest while scowling and speaking rudely, ect.
they can't cancel reservations, you have to call corporate. It also smells like a dirty mop was used to mop the entry.
And the employee's vehicle parked where guests are supposed to load/unload their luggage means guests unloading from parking spots.
