Dont promise a customer same day service and then cancel after 4pm. Schedulers are not professional and have poor customer service! Do not recommend.

Water heater went out on a Tuesday evening. I called at 7:10 am the next morning and was told that a work order was made out and they would be here that day and would call first. Waited till 11 when I had to leave for an appt. They assured me that they would work us in and call first. At 4:15 got a call stating that they would not be able to come and would POSSIBLY be able to come the next day, but were completely booked till the following Monday. BUT we could get after hours service for time and a half ($145/hour). Clearly if I knew they were booked solid for the next week, I would have kindly said I will call someone else. And if I had wanted to pay after hours service, I would have called that night to get it. But to not give me the truth at the beginning, is unacceptable. So then I called another company at 4:30 and they were here at 8:30 the next morning. The customer service needs some adjusting. Having been in customer service for years and having our own business, truth no matter how painful it may be to a customer is much better than stringing them along. A whole day wasted.
