I installed all of a mini-split in my house except for the Freon lines, since I needed someone with the equipment and certifications for doing that. Most places wouldn't touch my install because of liability or whatever (probably profit). Many professionals I've met will scoff at any layperson's efforts to DIY, but it was quite the opposite with Howard. He was extremely communicative and I was able to tell him what I've done and what I needed done, and ask any questions I had. Brandon came out, gave me a quote, and a week later, came out and finished the job up in just a few hours. They are a pleasure to work with and I'll gladly go back when I have more HVAC needs.
