I love this company I have had 3 places with them and they have always been nice and helpful. The maintenance team is great. They fix everything I have ever asked for. When things have gone south and they couldn't get it fixed same day they put me up in a hotel. If you pay your rent and keep your place up. You will have no problems from them.

Current resident here! I reported a water dripping sound on a Friday. The next day, maintenence showed up first thing in the morning. After some investigation they found our shower valve was bad and had been spraying water all over the bathroom interior walls for a long time. There was a bunch of water damage and mildew. They acted quickly and planned a date to come out and redo everything. Water damage can be serious and these guys planned to do a whole bathroom remodel. Not only did they make the date for the following Monday, they ended up getting a team together to start the job on Saturday instead. The next day. So, water damage found on Friday, and the repairs started to be made the next day. I've never seen so much professionalism and courtesy within a rental company and their maintenence crew. Our bathroom is currently in the midst of repair, but the total time to fix all the issues properly and thoroughly is the span of roughly 4 days. The crew has been amazing and chose very nice replacements for our sink, toilet, and shower. There is no trace of any mold, mildew, or water damage either. I'm honestly blown away. CNC Property Management is amazing and so is their maintenance. I am one happy renter.
