Very professional.  The staff is always there to give you options and help with anything you need.  Plus they have the best prices in down.  Definitely better than the other stores around here.

BEWARE!!!!  The service is horrible! We ordered bridesmaid's dresses in April for an October wedding with a promised delivery date of August 1st. As of September 4, no dresses, no delivery date and no one cares! Three sales clerks standing there, laughing at my daughter's tears.

BEWARE!!!!! Horrible service!!!!  Gives you an arrival date that comes and goes without a dress!Clerks laugh at your situation, then lie to the owner when called on it.

Buyer beware!!  I ordered my bridesmaids dresses here for my wedding and when they came in three weeks before the wedding they were the wrong color!  When I complained I was told that they were sure they were right and that I probably just didn't remember the color I ordered!!  HELLO!!  I think as the bride, I know what my wedding colors were!!! Thankfully they fixed the color and got the dresses in in time, but then the dresses were about three sizes too big for each girl and my girls had to spend even more money having them altered to fit!  When I complained again they refused to make it right arguing that I ordered them incorrectly.  I had to threaten to report them to the Better Business Bureau before they would even budge!!  Will NEVER refer them to anyone!!
