        The Beck Lane location is horrible and so is customer service. The chick that works in there has a bad attitude and when I asked why my form of payment is being rejected for months, when I did not have the issue before when I sign into my account to pay my bill. Her reply was because we dont accept those cards, my bank card that is, so I asked why not inform the customers about that and she said because we dont have to. Very rude and needs to be fired. She is not welcoming or knows what customer service is. Shes short, black hair and chubby. Just in case you run into her.

        I went to this metro an a lady in there named Joanna was extremely helpful, she knew all her stuff. I have been to 2 other metro locations and nobody could figure my problem. Im so happy that she could help me an would highly recommend to go to this location an ask for her she will fix whatever you need!

        Emily is an amazing manager. I accidentally deleted my Gmail and contacts and she was able to restore it all! I recommend her to anyone who has issues with their phone or devices. She has the best customer service skills I've ever encountered. Thank you Emily!!
