I have worked at this location twice, prior to the acquisition by Asurion and most recently after. The aftermath of the acquisition is a severe reduction in quality of repairs, significa loss in technician training and skill, and a serious focus on sales. As a result, I wouldnt recommend having a repair done here. The business is obviously unstable, as its been closed for several months, more than once in the past few years. Support one of the local shops, they have your best interest at heart, rather than wanting to sell you insurance you dont need.
