        I visited the store two weeks ago because I was having an issue with my service being switched over. I was greeted right away. Spoke with Leo and unfortunately wasnt able to fix my issue due to being Sunday and the main tech support was closed. The next time I came in to resolve the issue, Leo knew what to do and was able get my service switched and activated. I HIGHLY recommend this location and BIG thanks to Leo for his help.

        This store has a very poor employee named Greg. He has a poor attitude and belittles customers. My wife was verbally abused when she tried to find out information on a phone insurance claim. "Greg" told her she couldn't use the insurance and told her to go to Best Buy and purchase one herself if she didn't like his response. This is the 2nd incident we have had with this person. If you do not like being growled at and talked down to,do not visit this store. "Greg" likes too intimidate females...... AT&T on Veterans Memorial Pky.
