The team leader answered all questions knowledgeably and in detail; he checked in on the property several times to ensure equipment was working and affected areas were drying as expected. They were ALWAYS punctual and very professional. I never saw anyone work as hard has they did in clearing out a vacated home filled with STUFF! I would recommend them without hesitation.

DO NOT EMPLOY THIS COMPANY.
A pipe burst behind our washer and dryer, requiring work to be done on our living room and small utility space. Once everything was dry, we contacted Servicemaster to replace the floors and drywall, which they didn’t do. They put carpeting down on the exposed floors and did nothing else for THREE MONTHS. My family went without laundry services for three months, spent 2 weeks in a hotel while waiting for someone to fix our house, and they did next to nothing. After firing them and getting someone else to do the work they never got around to doing, they sent me a bill for $4000.
Save yourself the headache and skip this company. Eddie and Jeff were incompetent, unfriendly, and provided some of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. And when I complained to other members of their own staff, they agreed with me.This company is circling the drain. Don’t let them take you with them. Services: Water damage cleanup, Flooring

I will never be fooled by these people again. We had a pipe burst in March 2021 behind our washer. Our insurance company recommended them for water remediation and repair. Upon first encounter we were very pleased with the assessment and plan of action. Water remediation went great, we stayed in a hotel for 10 days which 2 kids under 8 and a dog, while they dried everything out, this also included ripping up the new vinyl floor we just put down in the living room, carpet from the hallway and drywall from the walls.
This is where the incompetence starts. After 10 days in a hotel, we were able to come home with a temporary floor installed as they needed a week or so to work their other commitments before coming back to put everything back. This also left us without a Washer and Dryer during this time. A week turned into two, then three. After another 5 days in the hotel we come back to still no floor, drywall fixed in a 4 foot section....that’s it. They said it would be another week or so before they could come back and finish. After two weeks we called to see what was going on and they “could not give us a time frame of when they would be back to finish.” EXCUSE ME......mind you we still can’t put our washer and dryer back in because there is no floor.
We called the insurance company and got approval to go a different route and today they send an itemized bill for $4000, including services they did not even do. No exterior walls were touch and they were billed. No ceilings were touched and they were billed. After days of back and forth they are still firm on the price.
Horrible customer service, no regard for the ramifications of their lack of action. They stress and anxiety we have endured over their incompetence is driving me to get the word out so this doesn’t happen to anyone else’s family. Services: Painting, Flooring, Remodelling
