I was working remotely when all of a sudden I got a black screen of death on my laptop! I googled to find a repair facility to take a look (after trying & failing to find a solution myself) and I found Dior Computer Repair which was the highest rated, and for good reason as I found! Francois was extremely professional, prompt, responsive and helped me find a new screen for the most reasonable price. He explained how my issue could have arisen, so hopefully it doesn't happen again. He repaired the issue so quickly that I did not encounter any issues with work. 10/10 I highly recommend to anyone in need of computer repair/servicing!

When my desktop PC got stuck in a BIOS loop I was totally unprepared and unequipped to do anything at all about it. I scheduled a time to have DCR look at it. He said "I'll have it done by Friday". And guess what... IT WAS! Quality customer service married to expertise and professionalism aren't dead. They are at Dior Computer Repair.

We had a hardware failure on our desktop computer and thought we lost all our data. Dior Computer Repair fixed the issue and saved the data. The price was fair, the job was completed quickly, and we are very appreciative of Francois' time and patience for our questions. Hard drive failed on a laptop. Dropped it off on a Friday. Francois had it back on Sunday with a new hard drive. The data on the failed drive was bit-locker encrypted and potentially lost. He was able to retrieve it. Friendly and responsive. Deserves a consistent 5 star rating.
