I won't call anyone else to deliver flowers. Williams has the BEST local floral delivery. From the moment your order arrives, they handle each order very delicately, ensuring your order is exactly the way you'd expect. In the event a specific arrangement or flower isn't available, they let me know but I always trust their judgement and professionalism to make the arrangement spectacular. Never a doubt! April and the ladies at Williams are simply the best!!

I ordered flowers from a teleflora website, after searching for William's Florist,  who I am very familiar with as they are a hometown florist I have use several times in the past. The teleflora company would simply be the middle man but they showed a beautiful arrangement that I selected for my mothers retirement,  I even upgraded to premium and paid a premium  price.  Williams florist claims, they don't  get that information at all...I am attaching pictures judge for yourself on what I was expecting and what they delivered as to if you feel I got what I paid for, keeping in mind the picture shown on the website was not even of the premium,  so it should have been even greater in size, and the vase is no comparison, whatsoever!

They don't even deserve 1 star.  Very disappointed in the arrangement that was sent.  I had picked a picture on their website understanding they might not have all of the flowers on hand but expecting something similar.  Not even close - the arrangement I picked had 3 colors - the one that was sent had at least 6 that did not go together.  Wish I would have read the reviews before I wasted my money.

TERRIBLE!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! My family lives in chicago and my grandma lives in lafayette so we like to order her flowers local for her birthday and mothers day. We usually go through pro flowers or 1800flowers but this time we decided to try a local florist. This was the worst mistake ever!! We first went online to pick the bouquet we like and then i called the lady taking the order was nice she said she could do the one we wanted she just didn't have one of the small roses. Which was totally fine because there was plenty of other flowers. The next day i came to indiana to visit with her and i seen the bouquet and i was in total shock. I called them and was very polite telling them that we were disappointed and basically they told me it is all a matter of opinion cause she thought it was beautiful. i told her we are not looking to get anything for free we just want what we paid for. (Which was not the standard package we went with the premium one which was $75!!!) She said there is nothing she can do because we got what we paid for in the flowers that were put into it. So all in all i would never suggest anyone ever going to them. They have terrible customer service and suck at there jobs!!

If I could give this establishment less than 1 star I would.  I placed an order over a week ago.  I did not receive a confirmation, but I noticed my card had been charged.  I called Williams Florist to follow up and was met with a lady that couldn't find my order.  She then passed the phone to a very rude woman.  She blamed everyone including the delivery person on her inability to find my order.  Fast forward to the minutes that went by and then my order was found - I asked for the confirmation of the rude woman's name and she replied, "I'm April the owner.  Does that answer your question?"  April your passive agressive behavior was uncalled for as any idiot could see that I asked who I was speaking to in order to place a name with my confirmation - after all, my confidence in your business was already on the low scale as you failed to provide an email recipt of my initial order over a week ago.
