Sent my daughter flowers from Valley Flowers in Lafayette, IN. Ordered on-line. Within an hour and a half, she had a beautiful bouquet sitting on her desk at work. Valley Flowers for the win!

I called about my order, the So Sweet bouquet I ordered for my wife. I checked my emails, I found one the other day telling me that it was being prepared, but nothing about the flowers and colors being out of stock. I also checked my call log, but no voice-mail to indicate and verify the changes with me. Just a missed call that left me no voice-mail.
I understand they have to use what they have. No tulips, a little understandable. Not even the same color arrangement, that is a little harder to understand. Told me they didn't have red, and substituted it and gave me orange lillies.
The bouquet was for my wife's anniversary, and she is more allergic to lillies. Their website did not indicate they didn't have tulips. They should update their website to show what is available.
I appreciate the answers they gave on the phone. But they made no attempt to make it right or give a discount. The flower arrangement they substituted was nice, but not what I ordered...not even close. Customer service/satisfaction is not great. The expectation of what I bought, and what I received were totally different. We will probably not want to go through them for a future purchase.
