Arlington Counseling

I've been in and out of therapy since I was 7 and have a very hard time trusting people; Judy is the only I've ever felt I could trust. She is flexible and works with you-- I've had to cancel due to financial reasons and, at one point, just stopped scheduling because I panicked and she has been highly understanding with it all which just has strengthened my trust in her. While this is her job, she doesn't do it for the money, she genuinely cares. She has helped me make incredible breakthroughs and facilitated such growth and healing in me in the time I've been with her. While I still have so much more to do, I can honestly say I wouldn't be functional in the work place, in relationships (romantic, familial, and general), nor in my general life without the advancements I've made with her.
