        Went and tried to sell my 1st gen Xbox one and we were in a hurry so he gave us a paper to fill out with our information and he contacted us the next day to come pick up the money. 10/10

        The young man working said I was buying a gaming laptop, yet the LAPTOP WONT RUN WITH INTERNET KEEPS LOADING! I asked this guy to be sure if I bought the wrong one he could exchange. They offered my son twenty dollars store credit. The warranty is no good because they won't even fix it. WE WILL NOT BE BACK. BUT CALLING Attorney

        Bought a console from them that did not work as intended. It would shut off on me after playing an Xbox one game for like Q15 mins. Took it back in and they said it worked for them fine. Got another Xbox one and took it home and had the same issue. I then tried to get some cash out of the console cause it wasn't doing me any good and they were only gonna give me 35 Dollars credit no cash at all. Good place to buy cheap games but don't buy the consoles

      Hi Jesse, just to clarrify; both consoles worked perfectly fine. Your charging brick worked fine for us on three seperate occasions, for multiple hours, that information combined with the issues you were reporting lead us to the decision the problem must be on your end. We also continued to help you long, long after the warrenty had ended. We had no reason to help you at all, including with purchasing the console from you, given the consoles condition, it was vety dirty and looked like something had dripped into the fan. We cant just buy that and put it on the floor, it takes time and labor to clean those, and we simply do not have the time to spend on something that needs that much cleaning. We tried our best to help you, and do wish we could part on better terms. Happy new year and best wishes.
