Disc Replay Lafayette

This customer brought a game into our store indicating that we had not put the disc into the case at the time he purchased it. This happens from time to time and we are always happy to provide the missing disc. However, in this case the receipt the customer provided did not include the game in question. The game case also had none of our pricing stickers but did have a clearly visible pricing sticker from another store. The customer told us this was a Christmas gift and he had removed the pricing stickers.....except apparently for the one from the other store. This led us to believe that perhaps the customer had gotten this game elsewhere and was mistakenly bringing it to us. Upon suggesting this possibility, this customer was irate. In the end, we decided to give the customer the benefit of the doubt and gave him a free copy of the game. We’re not sure what else we could have done to make this customer happy.
