        Just want I needed on a cold wet day hot chill! Traffic was bad so I stopped for food. Thanks to the all women staff for theirs kindness!

        Absolutely horrible in every way. It took an hour to get our food & the bakes potatoes were hard I inedible. They didn't properly prepare for the highly anticipated eclipse traffic & were running out of everything by 5pm. Not even my tried & true frosty was good. The consistency was off & mostly melted. The morning crew is always great, but evening staff needs further training.

        We stopped on 4/8/24 and there was no one to take orders OR help the other customers that didn't know how to use the self serve kiosk. Waited a minimum of 5 minutes for our turn. Then the only soda that showed available was the Coke. So guest had to stand at the counter to get served. They were out of ALL Frosties. Our large fry order was less than half full. No ketchup available at the self serve area. When asked for ketchup, multiple people were told that they were OUT of ketchup. ALL the tables were soiled. The bathrooms looked at though they hadn't been service that day. Drive through was at a stand still: some people parked and came in and when they saw the self serve kiosk fiasco, they got in their cars and drove off. The poor gentleman behind the counter did a great job NOT losing his cool, because EVERYONE that was there, for the 45 minutes that we were there, had something to complain about. The atmosphere was starting to get worse, with people complaining LOUDLY.

        My oder was brought to me incorrectly, and my bun was crumbling so my whole burger fell apart and was stale.
