My husband and I are new transplants to Indiana from out of state. I have spent many years hiking in Indiana, fell in love with the people and the dunes and we decided to move here. We first needed an area rug cleaned and QCC picked up the rug, cleaned and returned it in record time, Andrew and Stephen were the techs. They did a beautiful job, it looks like new. Jessica called when it was ready and gave me a choice of drop off times and days. I was lucky that it could be delivered a few hours later. While the techs were here, I asked if they could give me a quote for air duct cleaning. The price was fair and the work was scheduled a week later. Today, Devon and Brett showed up, on time as scheduled and called from the road to give me a ETA. Their work ethic was outstanding. Both young men were very polite, knowledgeable and extremely professional. Every possible safeguard was in place to prevent any accidental damage, from drop cloths, corner protectors and they also cleaned everything up after themselves. Any questions were promptly answered and explanations were easy to understand. When I originally called this business, Jessica answered. Today I found out she is the owner and it shows. She's very polite, and obviously her employees are a reflection of her. If you're reading this review, please give this business a try. I can see why this company has so many positive reviews. They teuly do their very best to take care of their customers. I always try to support local businesses and I am glad I gave QCC a try. Thank you to everyone involved for a great 1st Indiana local business experience.

Brett and Devin showed up on time with an enthusiastic attitude. They were conscientious about the floors and cleanliness overall. It was nice to see a couple guys who enjoyed their work. They explained everything thoroughly and did great work. Highly recommend QCC and this crew for sure.

I had HVAC system cleaned. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up after themselves. Great with communication, polite and professional!
