I called Eric Monday evening to see how quickly I could be scheduled. He had an opening this Thursday. He was efficient and did a GREAT job. I paid another place in Michigan City to do the same carpets 2 years ago, and they said they couldnt get these spots clean. Eric did! Thank you!!

5 out of 5 for service and performance. Orginally scheduled for a Friday, Eric contacted in a timely manner saying he had a breakdown with his equipment. He quickly worked around our schedule to be able to schedule us for the following Monday and was flexible with our orginally scheduled time. Eric showed up right on time and was very professional. I showed him our mess of a carpet and he give us the prices and services he does. He stated normally he recommends scotch guarding the carpet for protection, but because of the age of the carpet(20+ years old), its on the backside of its life. He could have easily up charged me for the protection but he is honest businessman and didnt. Our carpet looks almost brand new again and most of the impossible pet urine stains and dirt stain came out. Definitely recommend and will use again!

Eric is AMAZING!!! He worked wonders on the floors and windows at my work. Super kind, goes the extra mile, just awesome all around! I wont go with anyone else!

Eric did an excellent job power washing our house, cleaning the windows, and the gutters. I am impressed with his high standards for completing the job well! He is also on time and good at communication.
