The staff were nice on the phone but were not timely with assistance facilitating an indirect rollover. I lost two days trying to accomplish it. I'm left wondering if it was a matter of not knowing how to handle such a transaction or lack of motivation because funds were leaving their tutelage. They ended up not being able to help me and recommended I reach out to Capital Group directly. I did so and was met with another nice person, after being on hold for over an hour. Once not on hold, the transaction requirements took less than five minutes to verify myself and the instructions to meet my needs. I say all of this with an immediate comparison to services received directly with Fidelity Advisors. They, too, were friendly, but MUCH more timely. Fidelity Advisors understood immediately what I was trying to accomplish and gave me all of the options and details straight away. I was never put on hold. Perhaps you will receive better service, but consider yourself warned.
