It is in a convenient location. Friendly staff,customer friendly. I enjoyed their coffee, tea,soda and chocolate candies.Their offices are clean and spacious.

Well he could have been better

Not helpful at all. Take cases and close them out. Sides with the company. Mediation is useless. They don't care about the consumer.

There is a U.S. Marshall's Office in this building also but the courthouse and the bankruptcy office is the primary use.
