Very professional doctor. Great bedside manner. He went straight to the problem and addressed it. He performed a septoplasty, graph, and reduced my turbinates. I can finally breathe easier and from both nostrils. I crushed my nose in a car wreck and havent been able to breathe from my nose since. Dr. Smith fixed all issues and I woke up breathing better and I had splints in both sides. Kudos!

Doctor Smith was bright and smiling and explained the procedure that he might do and asked my opinions and calmed my nervousness with detailed explanations and his own confidence. He enjoys people and is good at what he does. Complete confidence in him because he has confidence in himself

Unprofessional. My daughter was being seen for itchy ears per his diagnosis. She is 17. Mid exam he stops to ask her Whats that on your neck? To which she responded, You tell me. What do you think it is? He then bantered back for her to tell him. The tone & teasing was obvious that he was implying she had a hickey. She has a hemangioma birthmark. I voiced she has been dealing with questions like this since she was 7 years old (people implying its a hickey) knowing she is now mad & checked out. I really thought he was going to address it professionally & give her options of how it could be removed/faded. No. No apology for his comment. Interrupted me as I was talking about it & got back to addressing her ears. Needless to say I will never get my daughter to go back into that office (nor would I expect her to).
& her prescription is still not at the pharmacy from yesterday.minor issue in comparison to how he made her feel.
