I've known Pat for years and have leased from her for 5yrs now and she has been nothing but kind and courteous to me and my family. And I'll give you an example of her kindness I had a medical issue that came up and needed some extra time to pay her and she worked with me through the process no problem at all. She always said to me if there's ever an issue with anything just to communicate with her and she would work with me. So with that I'll close.

Pat Harrison is a monster. If you ever hear her conversing about clients to colleagues you won't be able to stand the sight of her ever again. Also, she would steal the pennies from a dead man's eyes & probably has. Update: The multi star ratings with no comments? BOGUS

Just don't do it. I believed she was nice but she's not. She will threaten you and gaslight you. And not to mention she's RACIST. She will say she wants to do a walk thru and tell you that the home conditions are bad for your children. When she's the one that doesn't even wanna fix them.i left that house rent ready. Because let's face it she isn't gonna fix anything that is truly wrong. Having children literally it didn't need anything to be fixed on MY part. She posted the house the day AFTER I moved out WITH pictures. Oh and let's not forget she made sure to take pictures of the walkway we made AFTER in office she told me I was STUPID for it. Just stay away.
