Subject: Unsatisfactory Service Experience at Firestone Noblesville Dear Management, I regret to inform you of my disappointing experience at Firestone Noblesville. Despite my expectations for proficient wheel balancing and alignment services, the execution fell short of satisfactory standards. Furthermore, the customer service provided by the front desk attendant, Jennifer, was notably lacking in professionalism and friendliness. Her inability to effectively communicate with customers added to the overall dissatisfaction of my visit. I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and take necessary steps to improve the quality of service provided at your establishment. As a customer, I expect better from Firestone Noblesville. I don't recommend that branch.

I was in Indianapolis for my daughters soccer tournament and got an unexpected flat late Saturday afternoon. This location was the only tire shop I could find that was willing to even take it in to look at without stating it wouldnt be fixed till Monday. The team members of this location went above and beyond to not only get our wheel fixed but did so on a Sunday with a fully booked schedule. We were able to drive home Sunday afternoon as planned and no one had to miss any school or work. Thank you Firestone team!
