    Went to Best One in Noblesville. Our van and car needed repairs. Cody and Tyler took exceptional care of both. Went over with me what needed done and did their best to give me the best price. I would recommend this store to anyone who needs quality work by trust worthy mechanics and management!

    Do not bring your vehicle here for alignment. Bought a truck and same day had wheels and tires installed (at a different place that does not do alignment checks). So after, I stopped over for an alignment check since I just bought the truck and wanted confirmation that alignment is good. They did an alignment check and tried to quote me $3,600 for a new front end! #1 you can buy a front end kit for this truck for between $500 and $600 , #2 the truck does not need a new front end, one ball joint and one of the idler arms needed replaced. One of two things is true, they are ignorant in alignments or they were trying to scam me, either way I would never bring a vehicle here. It is fair regarding owner response to add the fact that they did not charge me for the service in the end, but that's all I will add and I appreciate the response.

    Well, this will be the last time we bring any new business to ANY Best One. Charging credit card fees after someone calls asking some reprieve on price is ridiculous. If you are going to charge credit card fees, just increase ALL your prices by 3% and make the customer feel like they aren't getting screwed as hard. Just sad. Over the years, I brought hundreds of commercial vehicles from a local cable company to their locations and was always treated right. I manage the vehicles in 3 households (that's 11 vehicles total). I have also sent tons of family and friends to their locations to trust their mechanics and service advisors with their vehicles. The last few times I have come to their stores, I have gotten the every-day pricing and plain-jane treatment. For someone that has brought as much business to your business, I feel pretty cheated. I pay similar prices and get a better experience going to dealerships at this point... They used to be the "best one" to take your vehicles to... now they are just like everyone else. I am very disappointed in what this company has become. Scott Monteith, Nick Howe, and Chris Fox should be ashamed..

Thank you for providing your feedback and letting us know about your experience. However, we think you may have us confused with another company. We did a free alignment check for you on 3/27/24 – the front end was loose and original to the truck. We did not charge for anything, and the alignment was not out of spec by much. We said to let it be and drive it as is, that there shouldn’t be too many implications of the loose front end other than it not being able to be aligned. You asked if we would set the toe for $109.99 and we declined because it wouldn’t have been right. You then asked for a general quote, which was made and presented to you, and we reiterated that there was no safety issue, it just wouldn’t be able to be aligned. We apologize for your recent experience at Best-One of Indy and truly appreciate your customer loyalty over the years. The 3% service fee is only for those customers who pay with a credit card. If paying using a Debit card, but selecting credit - you will not be charged. Since it is a credit card service fee there is no need for us to raise all prices. We made you aware of this fee before service and there were no issues at that time, or when you paid. We also applied a $50 credit to your invoice.
