        Worst experience ever, my shower wouldn't work and they wouldn't do anything to help me since it was 6:30am. They said I couldn't switch rooms and they wouldn't call anyone to look into it. They don't even deserve 1 star.

        This My Place near Plainfield, Indiana, was a wonderful, clean experience! The rooms were modern and beautiful. They were also large and comfortable!! The staff were really nice and friendly as well! However, one downside is that you have to pay for breakfast (in bed) and there's no complimentary breakfast. Overall, a clean hotel experience.

        My arrival ended up being much later than planned. Made a quick call , staff member who was friendly and informative. Upon arriving I was greeted and quickly checked in. Room was clean and spacious. I didnt require anything during my weekend stay . Staff always had a smile and busy with a task. Pillows are fluffy beds are firm .
