Extremely poor customer service. Nobody at office to accept payment for bills. Rude on the phone and CUSTOMER SERVICE could not answer basic questions.

Above average pricing, office closed since Covid, very aggressive in disconnecting service and now the Board wants to sell to IAWC and take a BONUS of more than $2,500,000 for the board and existing employees. Very secretive process with a lot of self dealing. Gave one star because you can't give Zero.

By default they send each months bill with a disconnection date already generated. Our family had our water shut off once for a $19.35 balance.

Best water this side of the Mississippi! My sons Romeo and Kofi were looking for a service that could quench their thirst and boy did this place deliver! Heidi was quick to respond to my questions and helped our small family of 6 through the whole process! She has made paying our bills fun and easy. Sometimes I even let Zelda walk in and pay the bill in person.
