Horrible service the lady's there are rude judgmental and lie.
They are only open for 7 hours a day at 9 after people paying their salaries are at work and close at 4pm before again the people that pay their salaries gets off work.
So to be very clear these ladies only work 7 hours a day 35 hours a week but get paid for 40 hours of tax payer money can be rude and lie have a 1.5 star rating its forced that you use this water company no other options. These people are public servants but they can't seem to understand that.

Very nice staff in this office. Anytime I've come into the office to pay my bill the ladies there have been kind and helpful.

My husband applied for a permit to do a remodel job & he registered to do business in the town of Sellersburg, and they helped him through the process of getting all the paperwork done & submitted to the right offices. And a special thanks to Mrs L. Broadus for guiding him through the process she was very helpful and professional
