Not a very good experience. Rental car heavily smelled of marijuana and seats were badly stained. Budget should never rent a vehicle in this condition.

Staff was ok, nothing to brag about but nothing to get real upset over. There were what appeared to be a couple teens in the back room of the office. The car had a couple burn marks on the seat, car smells of pot and had 2 previous renter contracts as well as 5 packs of thc infused gummies in it so i know the cleaners didn't do much. Seat back wouldn't move and maintenance required light was on. There was a sign and note on the web page advertising after hours drop off but when i called to extend my rental they said no after hours drop and they closed at 1pm

Great place to rent your next car! Ebony is awesome! She is very friendly, knowledgeable, and hard worker. She will do her best to accommodate your needs when renting a car. I highly recommend that you rent your next car from here!
