Budget Car Rental

Drop off office outside airport gates was closed when we arrived to return it. Found a hand-written sign to drop off at another location. We dropped vehicle there and took keys to the airport location but they did not process the return and now we are getting badgered with notices threatening legal action, our credit card has been charged with >$1,000 in additional fraudulent charges, and the agent at the airport office refused to help. "You came on a Sunday, why would you expect a manager to be here?" The minivan has been sitting right in front of their office for two weeks. Stay far away from this company. Oh, and two tires were bald when they rented it to us.

Gave us a car with 2 bald front tires one showing belts and brakes and or wheel bearings grinding and said they would have to charge me for a tow since wasnt willing to drive 4 hours roundtrip to nearest location to swap cars out.

I would recommend working with Ebony. She was great, but as far as renting from this location or Budget, I would steer clear. The location is dirty and smells awful. The Subaru we ended up with had expired tags, (found this out after we were over 1000 miles from the rental location) and the brakes needed replaced. We didn't realize until we got into a mountain area that the brakes were as bad as they were. Budget did get us a rental van to replace it, but it took 2 calls on separate days to get everything figured out. Their roadside assistance wasn't very good at listening. They apologized but offered no compensation for the time lost trying to find another vehicle or the gas we used when we went to pick up the replacement. I would not recommend renting anything from them.

Ill never rent from this company ever again they are scam artist they double charge me for a rental that I had already paid for when sending proof to the bank and through the rental company itself. They still denied me my money back. This is the worst experience that I ever had with them. I dont recommend anyone to rent from this company. they also have poor customer service.
