Received birthday flowers 3 days after Easter and they looked like they were left over from Easter. Flowers looked dead in a tacky basket. I left her a msg and she replied she'd make a new arrangement. It was delivered the next day to another disappointed arrangement, a fraction of flowers. Extremely disappointed. I received other flowers that day and they were beautiful. Won't be recommending this florist (?)

I made the first arrangement in a basket because that's what was ordered. Im sorry you found it tacky. I tried to make it right and delivered a beautiful bouquet that was appropriately sized to the amount of the order. I don't think a 1 star review is fair especially after having your dogs barking and jumping at me. Twice.

It is a very rare occasion for me to write a review but Andrea's Arrangements did a fantastic job and presentation on my order! I've purchased from several different places across the Mishawaka area but these beat them all. Great work and I will definitely be a returning customer! Would recommend.
