Says theyre open on Saturdays. Wanted to suprise my boyfriend with flowers. I called they hung up on me. I thought there was something wrong with the connection. I called and it got hung up on again. I called for the third time and a man answered and said WHAT. I said I would like to order flowers. Hes says were closed and hung up. One of the rudest customer service experiences Ive ever had.

I just called this florist to ask about a corsage for my 7 year old. The guy told me they closed at 2 and that's fine. When I thanked him for the information he just hung up on me. I see now why this company has bad reviews and low star ratings. Bad for business. I'll never use this florist and I will let others know the same.

Always friendly and helpful.  Arrangements are always top notch.  I rarely know what I want it to look like, but just give them a price range and a thought and off they go.  We have used them for our business as well as for personal use for many many years, and will continue to do so.
