I cant say enough good things about this dealership!! We bought a Chrysler Pacifica from them and they made the process from start to finish so easy and smooth. Joni was awesome to work with and the rest of the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend buying from Community Chevrolet of Spencer!!

I recently just had 1900.00 worth of work done. I felt that they were less than professional and took zero pride in their work. My oil light wasnt reset and no sticker. Did it get done? Attitudes changed when I decided to not get 2,000$ worth of work done that they suggested to do but I didnt want/need done. Didnt even run it through the car wash after spending that much on having work done. Wont be back. Sad to not be able to support the local dealership.

Poor communication between the service and sales departments. After issues with the purchase of a new 2021 blazer remote start multiple trips were made to resolve this. With little help from the service department, the sales team did step up and do the legwork with GM to resolve the issue. Very appreciative that the sales team were able to work through the issues.

Great people and very customer oriented. Purchase experience was very positive. Kevin did an excellent job communicating. In and out in no time. Would definitely recommend.
