UPDATE: Not the same Dustys. Took all my vehicles here for the last decade and always recommended this place to everyone. Customer service and quality which is what Dustys use to stand for has now gone out the window. Hoping the new owners can get it figured out soon without running Dustys name into the ground. Edit: Sorry for the misunderstanding on my behalf, I should have said new management. It wasnt just one issue it was multiple issues with both bad quality and bad customer service which Ive already taken up with Wes. And youre incorrect, this isnt to resolve any issues, this simply is just what it is a Review where you rate your experience with a business to allow others to view and make their own decision on whether they want to use your service based upon reviews. Trying to shame someone for leaving a negative review for having multiple negative experiences with a business, shows just how professional this new management is. I once had given this place 5 stars and recommended them to everyone I came into contact with, now Ive removed it and replaced with a 1, which is where I feel the quality and customer service is at. I have no ill will and truly hope they can turn it around, you just will no longer have my business.

Couldnt get quote. Dude was immediately rude. Said he wasnt gonna give a quote without it in there (dont have tranny hard to get in especially just for a diagnostic) but was so rude. Said I can waste my time calling around other places. Sounds like I wasted my time calling him. Douschbag.

I went there for a $20 oil change. It's available from 7-10am. Was fairly quick. Recommend.

Wes helped us today very professionally, we had no appt. Experiencing issues with slipping transmission. He arranged for someone to drive our 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix. They were able to make time to check it out hoisted. Found the problems, explained thoroughly. Found small leak in Hydrolic so they added fluid. Plan to have seal and rebuild transmission work within the month. As seniors, we were very pleased with our service and consideration recieved. Would highly recommend! Service: Transmission
