      image Brought my car in for a cracked bumper. The work looks fantastic. I wish there had been better communication throughout the process. I showed up to pick up my rental as agreed, only to be turned away (twice!) because it wasn't ready, a courtesy call letting me know they didn't have a car would have prevented me from missing so much work. I was not called when they said they would and had to continually call for updates.

      image Poor communication and service. They have had my car for almost 2 months now and havent even started on fixing it. Meanwhile, I am now paying out of pocket for the rental i am using. Zero sense of urgency. They accepted my car to be towed to their facility fully knowing it would be a while to get worked on with false time frames of completion
