We purchased a 2017 Certified Pre-Owned Mazda CX-9 from Tom Roush Mazda. At the time of purchase Brad Williams / Tom Roush Sales concealed that the car was damaged (broken headlight, cracked bumper, bent fender). My mistake was thinking that buying Certified Pre-Owned meant an honest dealership. After getting home and seeing the bumper popped out and cracked, broken headlight assembly and bent fender we pushed for Tom Roush to fix it and then when they didn't we contacted Mazda and opened a complaint. Long Story short Tom Roush replaced headlight. Tom Roush had Harvey's replace the bumper. Harvey's either couldn't figure out that the fender was bent in or did Tom Roush tell them not to fix the fender to keep repair cost at a minimum??? So the only way to keep the bumper from popping out was to run a self tapping screw through the inner fender and into the bumper. Upon seeing the fix when we went to pick up the vehicle at Tom Roush we immediately saw the screw. We complained and were directed to Jim Lanie the head of used car sales. He continually stated that he didn't believe that it was a screw and that it was fixed. He also stated that if we had an issue we should contact Harvey's because they were the one's who worked on it not Tom Roush. After three voice mails and two emails to Harvey's we finally received an email from them stating "All we did was paint and install the new bumper and retainers they provided. I do not know anything about a fender issue. Sorry I am not able to help you out with that. We just installed the new parts they provided us. Not sure if that helps Have a great day". Possibly Tom Roush and Harvey's have a deal? Tom Roush sells damaged vehicles and if you push it and don't give up they take it to Harvey's where it may or may not be fixed correctly. And if it's not Tom Roush will not help they only direct you to contact Harvey's. And if you are from out of town and try to get a hold of the person you need to talk to they will be busy, out of the office or etc. In summary we purchased a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle at Tom Roush and Harvey's on their own or possibly directed by Tom Roush (Jim Lanie says Harvey's fixed it at their discretion) preformed a repair that lowered the value of our vehicle and will not answer phone calls or emails from us. Two businesses that I would not recommend! Service: Body & Trim

If you want your vehicle repaired the 'right' way..., no short cuts, no cuttin' corners.., then take it to Harvey's Collision Center. While on vacation with my new Silverado someone decided to leave me a gift by damaging the right side of my truck bed. I was familiar with Harvey's as we took my wife's vehicle there (from a recommendation) a few years back and were very pleased. So I took my Silverado there for repairs. I was very please with the results and the attention to detail.

My wife experienced some minor damage to her car in a traffic accident. I took her car to Harvey's. They repaired some of the paint damage on the spot, and completed the entire repair the next day. Very reasonably priced, and very honest. I have used them in the past, and have always been satisfied with their work.
